Prior to starting PLATINUM RESTORATION, David worked for one of the largest restoration firms in Ohio for over 25 years. He has personally been involved in the completion of over $50,000,000.00 in successful projects. He is recognized as one of the most detailed and comprehensive specialists in the insurance repair industry. Ongoing training throughout his career and years of experience has enhanced his ability to work, one on one with property Owners and their insurance company to help customers receive a fair and concise estimate to repair and restore their property. Co-Owner & Founder as well as Vice-President of PLATINUM RESTORATION, has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He began as a laborer, to carpenter, to trim carpenter, to Senior Project Manager for a custom builder in Southwest Ohio. His experiences then lead to a Senior Project manager for a one of the largest insurance restoration firms in Ohio. He specializes in all types of loss mitigation, remediation, remodeling and residential as well as small and large commercial building projects. He has several certifications in (roofing, water, fire, loss mitigation), as well as HAZ MAT training related to the insurance industry. He has been involved in the insurance repair and construction industry completing of over $39,000,000.00 in construction projects. From his past experience in custom building, should the need arise he brings designs and solutions to the customers’ needs.
